Grandiosa thinks that pizza is genius. As a basic concept, but they also feel that innovations like kebab pizza, calskrove and pizza salad is indeed earth-shaking. When launching Grandiosas new range of sourdough pizzas we decided to pay tribute to one of Swedens best sourdough pizza bakers, Jessica Hokkanen. Both because she is the one who inspired Grandiosa to use sourdough, but also, simply, because she’s worth it.

The result was a TVC and a mini documentary about Jessica.
